There's a major difference between the 2 pieces of equipment one is for cardio and one builds power and muscle as a carpet mill is not free turning as a slat mill. Your dog has to use muscle strength to work it. A slat mill made properly can turn 6-7 times with a hand push!

Google Ebay! 8" Aluminium wheels it should come up! You want to order the bearing the same size as your axle or the wheels will rock on you! 5/8" bearing for 5/8" axle good luck! I'm going to remove my profile from the group
