Just popping in to say I do still have an account and read threads occasionally! I'm obviously not very active but you are always welcome to get in touch with me. I don't remember if there's a private messaging function here and if so, does it send an email alert?
The easiest way to get me is...
Hey there...I'm sorry. I pretty much never log in. If you still have questions you're welcome to email me at [email protected]. I know Charlene was planning another litter but with the covid-19 situation she's putting it off for a bit. I'd be happy to chat about my Sirai girl.
And there's certainly variety, as Jan mentioned, since both of my dogs have show crops, but the length is different on each dog and the style is different. Each cropper really has their own style, since it's really an art.
Just wanted to pop in to say hello! Richter and Sypha are doing great. Sypha just turned 2 back in December and Richter is now 5 1/2. Sypha earned her first Nosework title in December, so that's pretty exciting, too. Both dogs are competing in Nosework and Sypha is also doing agility...
On the Nosework "topic" I'm pleased to report that Sypha passed all three of her ORTs this weekend! She's just 17 months old and mostly home trained...I've only taken a few class sessions with her. We had a long day sitting in the car in very cold (42 degrees!), rainy conditions waiting to...
We also train in NACSW - Richter has five titles in that organization. Sypha takes her ORTs this weekend.

I have used the Stunt Puppy waist leash, which has an adjustable waist for humans and a bungee leash for the dog. I really like and recommend it. Stunt Puppy - Hands Free Leashes - Active Dog Gear - Made in USA
We've had two different locations, Jan - it sort of depends on where we can get a location at the lowest cost, so that we don't have to pass any extra cost on over and above what Dr. Olson charges for the echos. We STRONGLY believe in providing this opportunity at as low a price as we can, so...
I absolutely agree with Archer - especially with a dog with a history of eating things. I would be getting an x-ray, myself, even if just for the peace of mind knowing there was nothing in there. Blockages can be very deadly. Even partial blockages can be deadly, especially with the potential...
Jan, this is our second year doing one in April, so we'll be trying to do another next April, too (if you want to plan ahead). I'll have TWO dogs to test (eek...that's hard on the wallet!), and I know another club member that will probably have two or three), so it won't take a lot to hit our...
