Wow that certainly helps give me hope. I am such a worrier this has me sick to my stomach.
Thank you! I am absolutely interested in anything at all that may help.
Thanks everyone for the well wishes. You all know how these dogs touch your heart. I have been crying for over three hours now...
Not sure if any of you remember my boy Jasper. I used to post pictures regularly on here. Of course life got busy, I now have a young child and I haven’t been online in a long time.
Unfortunately Jasper has “moderate DCM” according to his echo that he had on friday.. he is almost 8yrs old and...
Looks like I have some catching up to do. Already seeing some familiar pups here. Jasper is doing great and I am expecting my first baby in March, so he will be a big fur-brother. Excited to see how he is with the baby.
Hope you are all well, Liz.
I love that big rope! I will admit I do get worried sometimes about him hurting his neck playing with this. But since I lowered it, he seems to be just fine!
I apologize for the tardiness as I have not logged on for a while, but I can’t read this and not send my sympathies.

Im sorry for your loss. She was a gem.
I haven’t log in for a while and see some new pups here I need to read up on! Looking forward to catching up.
Jasper is well. He has a new spring pole he loves. It is low so all four feet can touch the ground, but he loves it.
@Ravenbird Jasper would be in doggie heaven with a bone that big. He regularly gets the frozen primal buffalo bones which are about 16” long. Keeps him busy for at least two hours. Keeps his teeth clean too!
Not sure if you can tell in this photo- but anyone else have a dobie that completely...
We are pretty well! Jasper has an echocardiogram this friday. Vet thinks she heard a murmur. But she wasn’t sure. It was hard for her to find it again after his recent check up.
Crossing fingers! He turns four soon.
Ill have to remind myself to log on more. I miss seeing everyones dobies.
We were able to bring Jasper home. He obviously still has pneumonia but he no longer needs oxygen and was breathing okay on his own.
We need to find a cardiologist to take an ultrasound of his heart. Im hoping that the abnormality they saw was due to the respiratory distress from the incident...
