River and I get in some OB training with the club. This video shows us starting two "new" activities, the dumbbell and the wall. River has played with the dumbbell at home but hasn't done much formal training with it. We need to work on hold and take. She obviously loves to carry it and doesn't want to give it up so we'll be working on "trade". She walked over the wall flat when she was 2 months old but hasn't seen it since then. We tried it too high at first, took it down for a couple passes, and then put it back up again once she had the idea.
