Non cropped ear change

Hey, new joiner. Hi everyone.
Quick question, in the UK we don’t crop ears. However my Doberman pups ear has recently changed shape. It no longer sits perfectly like the other. It’s slightly off.
Does anyone know what this might be? Some articles suggest teething changes the shape of the ear.

The only thing that comes to mind straight up is to make sure your pup isn't suffering from an ear infection or other irritation of that ear. Is there any other behaviours that could give a clue? Head shaking, rubbing or scratching? It might help to give the ear a good clean to start with if you haven't already and you might spot something or notice tenderness. Sorry I can't be of more help but others have more medical knowledge than I have and will give you some more answers soon.

Natural ears can start going wonky and standing. Often times need to be taped to have a nice drop ear that lays against the face. I will try to find the thread on how to tape them. It's pretty simple.

Here it is: Taping natural ears

Welcome!

I agree that natural ears can go in all sorts of different directions since they really want to stand with this breed. They best bet to keep them uniform and laying flat is using the link posted above.
