A handy Infograph for fridge snacks!

I think Kelp is the only thing out dogs haven't tried on that list... I'm sure it comes in different forms but I'm imagining buying and storing fresh-cut, green, slimy kelp in my fridge :woot2:

Crush it in blender then freeze into cubes. I mix fruits and veggies in chopper/blender then freeze in ice trays, pop out of tray and put in a freezer bag. It’s great as a frozen treat on hot days.

Are Bell Peppers okay? I always heard no, because its in the nightshade family? I never looked any further into it. I just never gave it to my dog. Anyone?

I wasn’t sure about it so I don’t give it to them. They get so many other things that I figured why bother. I have read that asparagus wasn’t good for your dog either so... I don’t know about it. I eat a lot of asparagus but have never given the twins any.

@MyBuddy garlic is another that has contradictory information. Most say because it is of the Allium family (onions, leeks and chives) that it is toxic and affects the kidneys.

I think confusion around garlic is because you need to dose it for the size of the animal. Get the dose wrong and then you have trouble, so it’s safer to spread the message that certain foods are “bad”.

I just realized Green Beans aren't on the list and that's what I use the most! ;)
