I'm at a crossroad. I don't know what else to do with my pup.
She's about 10 months old, and extremely small.
She eats nonstop but she is super thin - like so thing you can see her bones. It seems like as soon as she lost her puppy weight its been a struggle for her to gain more weight.
We changed her dog food and recently transitioned to Taste of the Wild, since it was 30/20 protein fat and I recently started adding both salmon oil (she's starting to get dry skin because of the weather), pumpkin and egg to her meals (not all of them) - am I just not feeding her enough? She'll eat and she will almost seem bloated and then the next day she's smaller again.
I tried satin balls as well, but I don't know if they were working - how long does it usually take to start seeing results?
Her temperament has not changed, she's the sweetest dog, however I'm also having trouble with her actually being fully house trained. We could be outside for hours and we'll come back in and she'll go to the washroom inside the house. It's almost like we're going through the terrible puppy stages now. She's constantly getting into things, or on the counter because she's so tall. I thought maybe because she's bored, so we bought more toys, we do more things around the house and she plays with our children and our other dog. But I just don't know what to do anymore.
